FRM-92102 A network Error has occurred After upgraded

When attempting to access E-Business Suite Forms on a Cloned and Upgrade E-Business Suite instance the following error occurs: ERROR: FRM-92102 A network Error has occurred. The Forms Client has attempted to reestablish its connection to the server 1 time(s) without success. Please check the network connection and try again later. SOLUTION: STEP 1: you can attempt to regenerate / relink the jar files and forms via the following steps A. Start adadmin: B. Select 1. Generate Applications File menu C. Select 4. Generate product JAR files (with no force generation) D. Select 2. Generate form files (with library files; with menu files; with forms executables; for all products; all forms and all languages) STEP 2: Retest Forms and confirm whether users can now successfully access forms based screens and functions. Unable to start Admin server in apps R12.2

Log file Error : weblogic.store.PersistentStoreFatalException: [Store:280105]The persistent file store "WLS_DIAGNOSTICS" cannot open file WLS_DIAGNOSTICS000000.DAT. Solution: Force shutdown and try to start Go to DOMAIN_HOME/servers/<SERVERNAME>/data/ldap/ldapfiles and remove the EmbeddedLDAP.lok lock file Delete the *.dat file under DOMAIN_HOME/servers/<SERVERNAME>/data /store/default and DOMAIN_HOME/servers/<SERVERNAME>/data /store/diagnostics/ Remove the contents under DOMAIN_HOME/servers/<SERVERNAME>/ tmp and DOMAIN_HOME/servers/<SERVERNAME>/ cache Now start the server
