EBS R12.2 Adop Prepare phase [ERROR]: Domain might be locked by some other WLS user process

[ERROR]:Domain might be locked by some other WLS user process Some validations failed, please check

Step 1--> You can check This log file txkADOPValidations.log

Step 2-->Start the Web logic Server admin console 

Step 3--> Click on (Release configuration) Button on the top left corner

Step 4--> Logout of weblogic console

Step 5--> Again run adop phase=prepare
